Stripology 101: Smarter Cutting, Better Quilting

Ready to get more accurate cuts in less time? In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to confidently use the Stripology ruler to cut strips, squares, rectangles, and more with speed and precision. We’ll cover ruler basics, helpful tips and tricks, and techniques that will make rotary cutting easier, more accurate, and more enjoyable.

Whether you’re new to Stripology or own a ruler that’s still in the package, this class will help you get the most from your investment. By the end of class, you’ll wonder how you ever quilted without it!

NOTE: All class fees at TVQS are non-refundable but can be moved to another student or another class. Please keep this in mind when scheduling.

Supply List:

• Stripology XL or Squared ruler
• Rotary cutter (45 mm preferred) with fresh blade. Please note: some rotary cutters do not work with this ruler. It is designed for Olfa and Creative Grids cutters so check your cutter before class!
• Cutting mat large enough for the Stripology ruler you are bringing
• 2-3 lengths of regular width fabric at 2/3 to one yard long. Please, no wide back and only 100 % cotton fabric. This is practice fabric so sale fabric or ugly fabrics work just fine!
