
In our second Lunch and Learn session we'll be talking about the art of Sashiko embroidery and it's place in quilting. Meaning "little stabs" in Japanese, Sashiko is a traditional Japanese embroidery technique used for both decorative and functional purposes. Get a chance to start your own Sashiko embroidery piece, learn about thread, needles, and different uses for this beautiful needlework. This session will be 60-90 minutes in length. Lunch is included! Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
